Stephanie Calhoun has two key leadership roles in the Lumen HR organization. First, she is the Vice President of Talent Management and second, she supports several senior executives as a People Strategist. Stephanie has nearly 20 years of experience in Human Resources.
In her Talent Management role, Stephanie is defining the workplace of the future. As part of this process, she is responsible for the overall strategy for talent management, engagement, process improvement as well as development for the organization.
In her People Strategist role, she focuses on building strategic partnerships with the leaders she supports and ensures that these leaders are driving strategies aligned with the corporate vision, assessing, and developing talent and engaging employees across the organization.
