Nick Shafer

Nicholas (Nick) Shafer serves as Vice President and General Manager for the Texas and Oklahoma Markets at Lumen Technologies. Nick brings more than 20 years of results-oriented experience to this role which focuses on delivering technology solutions that enable businesses to build for the future. His responsibilities include support and guidance to medium, large, and global enterprise customers. Nick joined Lumen Technologies in 2016 and has established a sales culture of accountability and empowerment to drive an excellent customer experience. Before joining Lumen, Nick most recently served as Regional Vice President of Sales for XO Communications.
