Jessica Hill

Jessica Hill serves as General Manager for Lumen’s National Capital region, which includes Maryland, Virginia, West Virginia, and Washington DC. Jessica has more than 15 years of experience in dynamic sales and services leadership roles where she has developed a customer-first mindset and a passion for learning. Her career has always focused on leading edge technologies spanning telecom, data, cloud, and security solutions in both large enterprises and early stage startups. Jessica has a BS in Aerospace Engineering and has also completed several prestigious leadership programs at Stanford, Harvard, and NYU business schools. Jessica’s belief in being a lifelong student, coupled with her vast experience has enabled her to lead her Lumen sales division to new heights—empowering her sellers to be transformative partners to their customers. When she’s not at the forefront of the 4th industrial revolution, Jessica enjoys the performing arts and sits on the board of Next Stop Theatre. Jessica is a lifelong resident of Virginia and currently resides in Reston with her rescue dog, Bailey.
