Craig Richter is the Senior Director of Product Management Unified Communications and Collaboration at Lumen. He has been in the Communications and technology space for over 25 years focused on current and emerging technologies for both the SMB and enterprise segments. During that span of time Craig has held Senior leadership roles in Sales, Strategic Business Development and Product Management. Over the last 15+ years Craig has had a focus on the Unified Communications and Collaboration space supporting strategies around both proprietary products and solutions as well as strategic platform integrations and partnerships.
